Do I need to change the design of my form?
No. You keep your own HTML and CSS. You only change the form's action attribute to your Formsunrise submit address and set method to POST.
Does Formsunrise add JavaScript or an iframe to my site?
No. There is nothing to embed. Your form stays plain HTML on your own page, so it does not slow your site down and search engines can read it.
Which fields can my form have?
Any. Every field name your form sends is stored and shown as a column in your inbox, in search and in the CSV export. You never set up fields in Formsunrise.
Can Claude or ChatGPT really manage my forms?
